On the other hand, standard tubs offer a laid-back posture, letting you fully immerse yourself horizontally. Inflatable tubs, lightweight and easily transportable, are an excellent choice for those frequently on the move. Thicker tub constructions excel in retaining heat but may compromise portability due to their heavy weight. For superior insulation, opt for tubs equipped with airtight lids to effectively maintain desired temperatures over extended periods.
2. Tub Size: The size of your tub largely depends on personal needs and preferences. A 100-gallon tub is adequate for 90% of individuals. However, if you're over 6'4", a larger tub might be more suitable for your comfort. Similarly, if you anticipate sharing your cold plunge therapy with another person, opt for a 200-gallon tub at minimum. Remember, larger tubs require a more powerful chiller. For a 200-gallon tub, a chiller with at least 3/4 HP is essential to ensure optimal performance and temperature control.
3. Environment: Consider whether you’ll be using the chiller indoors or outdoors. Your geographical location, local weather conditions, and where you plan to place your chiller are vital in this decision. For a chiller + tub that will be sitting outside in a very hot environment, you’ll want a higher horsepower chiller and a more insulated tub to ensure consistently low temperatures.

The warranty covers mechanical defects.  If you desire additional coverage, you have the option to extend your warranty for 1 or 2 more years for an additional fee. Should your chiller require repair or replacement under warranty, please contact our technical support at info@carbonwellnessmd.com. Please note that while shipping the chiller to the manufacturer for repair falls under the customer's responsibility, any costs related to the removal, re-installation, or set-up of the product are not covered.

How long will it take to receive my product?
