What is the advantage of the Quest30 over other hard shell chambers?
The Quest chambers offer incredible value for the price. They have all the features and more of hard chambers that sell for over 4X the price. Quest chambers also have the largest viewing windows of any lay down chamber and their sleek design makes a wonderful addition to any clinic or home setup.
What kind of payment options do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment options, including credit cards, wire transfers, business and consumer financing. We can begin your order with an initial deposit, and the rest will be due when the chamber has finished production, before it ships. You can even finance a portion of your chamber, and pay for the rest in cash; we try to be as flexible as possible for you.
How long will it take to arrive?
It should take roughly six weeks to deliver your chamber; about 4 weeks for manufacturing & testing, then another 4 weeks for shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the Vessel number, so you can track its movement. When it arrives in the US and clears customs, we will send you a tracking number for the truck shipment. Once the delivery team has your shipment, they will contact you directly to arrange a time to deliver the shipment.
What is the difference between free standard delivery and White Glove Delivery?
With free standard delivery, the delivery driver will arrive with the crated chamber at your location. You will be responsible for offloading the chamber, uncrating it, and moving it into your facility. With White Glove Delivery, we handle everything for you from start to finish.
How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 2 years, with the option to extend another 2 years for an additional $3,200.
Does your chamber have any safety certifications?
Yes, we have machinery (non-medical) CE and ISO13485.
Do you offer any courses or certification programs?
We recommend the Hyperbaric Excellence personal and professional courses/ certification programs. If you’re interested in taking a course or getting certified, message us for a discount.
Do I need to sanitize the chamber in between sessions?
OxyRevo hard chambers include an air ionizer, which sterilizes airborne bacteria. The oxygen headset can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol.
Can I customize the logo/ chamber?
Sure. We can customize the appearance of the chamber and pro kit any way you want. Just send us with your logo and we will design some mockups for your approval. We can also customize the specs of the chamber for special circumstances - contact us for more details.
