Warranty
OxyRevo Hyperbaric Chambers have a 1-year Parts Warranty directly from the manufacturer.
If you experience issues with your chamber during the warranty period, the OxyRevo team will assist you in diagnosing the issue and sending the appropriate replacement parts free of charge. OxyRevo may also send you instructions over email, phone, or video on how to repair the chamber yourself.
If you purchased White Glove Service with your OxyRevo chamber, the US-based service team that installed your chamber will be able to help diagnose any issues with your chamber over the phone, rather than directing you to OxyRevo for assistance.
If you require further assistance with repairing your chamber, a technician can visit your location and perform the repair for an additional fee (US orders only). Repair costs may vary depending on the job's complexity and the technician's travel logistics. You may pay the repair fee directly to the service technician or Carbon Wellness can send you an invoice for the repair fee.
Remote phone/FaceTime assistance with repairs is also available for an additional fee with our US-based service team. You may either use your own handyman or technician to work with our service team on the repair, or you can work directly with our service team.
Carbon Wellness will make all reasonable efforts to assist with any issues that arise within the Warranty period. However, we do not warrant that the quality of the product will meet your expectations. When purchasing an OxyRevo chamber, the customer assumes that the chamber may require maintenance and repairs. Chambers used in a high-volume commercial setting for many hours per day will likely need more maintenance and repairs than chambers used in a home setting for an hour or less per day.
Per our Return Policy, all OxyRevo orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns.
Force Majeure
When you purchase a hyperbaric chamber from Carbon Wellness, we shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, cost increase, or inability to fulfill any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, embargoes, pandemics, public health emergencies, power or internet outages, supply chain disruptions, cross-border shipping delays, customs clearance issues, changes in tariffs or import/export restrictions, or governmental actions.
In the event of such circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery timelines, modify performance obligations, or terminate this agreement in whole or in part without liability. If any such event continues for a period exceeding 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, and any prepayments for undelivered products or services will be refunded, where applicable and commercially reasonable.
