Return & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Return Policy

While we fully stand behind every product we sell, we understand that you may have second thoughts or that your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

If you decide you want to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a refund. Some of our products may also be subject to a restocking fee, per the original manufacturer's warranty. 

*Please note: To receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back at our headquarters in "Like New" condition and must contain ALL original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show ANY visual signs of wear.

Carbon Wellness reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply. 

Specific return details may vary depending on the original manufacturer of the product. Some manufacturer restrictions may apply. 

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will assist in processing an exchange.

Following receipt of your item(s) and verification that the product is in its original, undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund. 

Should you wish to make a return, please email us at info@carbonwellnessmd.com with "Return + [order number]" in the email title and we will be happy to assist you.

*Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our manufacturers’ return policies. This 30-Day Policy applies to all products unless listed below.

Almagia International / ALMAG
14 days from delivery + 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

America Cryo / America Cryo Equine
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except the deduction of the shipping cost if you receive free shipping at the time of your order. Any medical device or body wraps that have been used cannot be returned.

Drive DevilBiss
Oxygen concentrators are considered by the manufacturer to be non-reusable equipment and so they do not accept returns. Devilbiss offers a 3 year warranty. If defective within 30 days after purchase, the company will return and replace the concentrator at their cost. After thrity days, you will be responsible for the return of your unit for repair and the manufacturer will pay for the shipment back to you.

Echo
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy + 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The Echo Flask can’t be returned once opened, as it's considered personal care devices.

Equiviva
We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Equiviva red light therapy pads are personal care devices and cannot be returned once opened. Any opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused or returned to the customer.

Flowpresso
Medella Health (Flowpresso) strives to provide customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Flowpresso suit purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

5.1. Flowpresso will be accepted by Medella Health for credit, exchange or repair, at Medella Health’s discretion within 30 days from the date of shipment.
5.2. To be eligible for a refund, the Flowpresso must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
5.3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.
5.4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on Medella Health’s part.
5.5. All returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee. 5.6. All returns must comply with Medella Health’s Returns Policy.

HealthyLine
HealthyLine offers a 90-day risk-free trial on their gemstone mats and pads, allowing you to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.

HOCATT / HUGO
We offer a 30-day return policy, with a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Must include ALL original packaging to be eligible for the full return amount. Please review the full HOCATT return policy here: https://hocatt.com/legal

InBody
Returns, Refunds, and Discounts: Accessories and/or Products can be returned to InBody within 30 calendar days of purchase if unopened and unused. The following conditions apply to such returned items. Shipping is refundable only for Products returned for defects or maintenance-related reasons. For all other returns, you shall be liable for shipping Up to a 25% restocking fee, calculated from the total package value, if the following conditions apply to the returned item: The returned Product box is open or in poor condition, in InBody’s sole discretion Missing contents of the original package Poor condition of the returned Product(s) b. Subscription Fees: Refunds will not be provided for subscription fees. If a Purchaser was billed or charged improperly, the amount will be deducted from the next billing cycle. Additionally, the amount incorrectly charged can be prorated and can be used to extend the subscription. c. In the event you decide to cancel your subscription and have been charged incorrectly, InBody will refund the difference of the incorrectly charged amount.

Kineon
We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you don't notice improvements after following the guidelines for consistent daily use, then we will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping cost). We recommend using the device consistently 5-15 minute sessions every day for 30 days.

Lumara
Lumara proudly offers 30 day returns if you are unsatisfied with your order. Interested in a different product? We are happy to offer exchanges and discounts if you'd prefer to try a different system. Please remember it can take 1-3 weeks to process returns, replacement, and address troubleshooting. Thank you so much for your patience.

MSPA
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Should a warranty issue arise, we will gladly assist with the replacement of parts or repairs.

Natural Action Technologies
Natural Action Technologies offers a 90-day risk-free money-back guarantee on our structured water devices, starting from the delivery date. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your unit for a full refund.

Newtowne Hyperbarics
New products sold by Newtowne Hyperbarics (NTH) may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund - rentals excluded. To qualify for a full refund the customer MUST contact Newtowne Hyperbarics within 15 days of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Number. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory. Refund may be reduced by fees incurred during sale including credit card fees and shipping costs included with sale.

NeuroVIZR
You can test Neurovizr risk-free with our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, simply return the device in its original condition for a full refund.

OxyRevo
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible OxyRevo soft hyperbaric chambers.

To qualify for a return, the chamber must be unopened, unused, and in its original boxes and packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

OxyRevo hard chambers are not eligible for return. Because hard chambers are large, custom-ordered, and shipped by freight, all hard chamber sales are final.

Returned items will be inspected once received. Any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping or handling costs. Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused or returned to the customer.

OMI PEMF (Oxford Medical Instruments) Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return and replacement of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and replacement. Note that we will replace eligible products within the original warranty period, but we do not offer refunds.
Also, note that we do not accept returns for other reasons besides defects and fulfillment mistakes.

Penguin Chillers Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

Power Plate Return Policy
In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate® or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement. With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there were no shipping charges on the initial delivery, only the return shipping will be charged. Shipping charges will vary depending on the product(s) being returned. Please reach out to customercare@powerplate.com for details. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all opened products and 5 percent restocking fee on all unopened products.

Pure Water
You have 30 calendar days from the date of shipment to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. 15% restocking fee.

QRS
We offer a 6 Month Return Policy on the QRS PEMF System. If you wish to return the QRS System because you are not getting results from the device, we request that you must first have a phone call with our QRS rep so that they can properly diagnose your situation and guide you through using the device correctly for your needs. Should you wish to return the QRS System, we charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer pays for shipping (typically around $50).

ReGen Total Wellness
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.  Returned Items must be in new and unused condition, unless otherwise approved by ReGen Total Wellness. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.

Relax Saunas
Unused/Unopened Returns: If the items you purchased are 'unused and unopened'* and you're not completely satisfied, please call 888-963-9454 within 30 days of the shipping date to get an approval authorization. After you receive your authorization, you may return the item to us for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. You are responsible for return postage** and securely packaging and shipping the returned item(s) (we recommend insuring the package, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit). When we receive your return, you will be refunded by the same method as the purchase was made. 

*'Unused and unopened' means there are no signs of usage, all seals are intact, and all paperwork and packaging is present.

**If you're returning an item due to an error on our part, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned item(s), the original S/H charge plus the cost of return postage (not to exceed the original shipping cost).

Schiller Bikes
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Tyent Water Ionizers
When you purchase a Tyent Water Ionizer from Carbon Wellness, you can enjoy a full 30 days to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that Tyent ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 30% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note: The 30-day trial applies to first-time Tyent buyers who make a retail purchase in North America only (including the US, Canada, and Mexico), and does not apply to wholesale purchases or trade-in/upgrade purchases/promotions.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Vibragenix
VibraGenix offers a 60-day return policy, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must repackage the unit in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the return, and the customer needs to call to arrange for pickup and shipping charges.

Waveguard Qi Shield
90 Day Returns + 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as personalized invoices), special discounts, and sale items may not be eligible for our 30-day Return Policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Damages
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos and/or videos to info@carbonwellnessmd.com on the day of. Carbon Wellness will assist with a refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before payment processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs. Please note that not all orders are eligible for cancellation.

Orders cancelled after payment has been received and processed may be subject to a payment processing fee of around 3%, depending on the payment processor.

Please note that Carbon Wellness' Cancellation Policy is dependent on our individual manufacturers’ cancellation policies, and not all orders are eligible for cancellation.

Carbon Wellness charges a 6% cancellation fee for Penguin Chillers products.

OxyRevo hard chamber orders are NOT eligible for cancellation. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied for soft chambers.

Schiller Bikes orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.

For hyperbaric chambers ordered from overseas, if an order has already been paid for and we are unable to cancel it with the manufacturer, your order may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20-30%.

Chargeback Policy

Our dedicated support team is committed to assisting you and resolving any concerns or issues you may encounter. We have developed our policies with fairness in mind, striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We are fully committed to your satisfaction and are readily available to provide prompt assistance and work towards a favorable resolution.

Given this, any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. We strongly encourage you to contact us if you have not received a product or if you encounter any issues with a product you have received. Our team is here to help you navigate and resolve any concerns promptly and efficiently. We kindly request that you refrain from filing chargebacks for issues that we can work together to resolve. We greatly appreciate your continued support and trust in our services.
