Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

If you decide you want to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a refund. Some of our products may also be subject to a restocking fee, per the original manufacturer's warranty. 

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our headquarters in "Like New" condition and must contain ALL original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show ANY visual signs of wear.

Carbon Wellness reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply. 

If an order has already been processed and we are unable to cancel it with the manufacturer, then your order may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


Specific return details can vary by the original manufacturer of the product. Some manufacturer restrictions may apply. 

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.

Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in its full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund. 

Should you wish to make a return, please email us at info@carbonwellnessmd.com with "Return + [order number]" in the email title and we will be happy to assist you.

*Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our manufacturers’ return policies. This 30-Day Policy applies to all products unless listed below.

OMI (Oxford Medical Instruments) Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return and replacement of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and replacement. Note that we will replace eligible products within the original warranty period, but we do not offer refunds.
Also note that we do not accept returns for other reasons besides defects and fulfillment mistakes.

Tyent Water Ionizers Return Policy
When you purchase a Tyent Water Ionizer from Carbon Wellness, you can enjoy a full 75 days to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that Tyent ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note: The 75-day trial applies to first-time Tyent buyers that make a retail purchase in North America only (including the US, Canada, and Mexico), and does not apply to wholesale purchases or trade-in/upgrade purchases/promotions.

Summit to Sea Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply contact us and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

Penguin Chillers Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

Crystal Quest Return Policy
Returns for refunds are accepted ONLY on perfectly new, unused items in the original packaging and without any damaged or missing parts. Refunds will not be issued if broken, used, dirty, or otherwise abused items are sent back from the customer. Refunds issued to the customer are subject to shipping and handling. Customer must pay ALL shipping fees for returns. Returns for exchange are accepted on items which are defective, for upgrades, or when Crystal Quest® is working specifically with the customer to acquire customer’s proper water filtration needs. Crystal Quest® reserves the right to not honor returns of product(s) if the product(s) was/were not installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. Returns for exchange will not be honored if it is deemed that product(s) has/have been broken, used, dirty, or otherwise abused. All returns, either for refund or exchange, must be within 30 days of delivery date of initial purchase; Refunds are less shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued if products are sent back past the 30-day initial purchase period. Returns for a refund, which are approved by CRYSTAL QUEST, at its sole discretion, are subject to a 30% restocking fee following inspection and approval by CRYSTAL QUEST. If the original purchase is by credit card, a refund will be made to the same credit card. Credit card processing fees may also be deducted from refund amount. Returns, either for refund or exchange, are NOT allowed on custom ordered products, special orders, reverse osmosis systems, filter cartridges and/or membranes (for public safety and tampering reasons). All returns, either for refund or exchange, MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include customer’s name, address, telephone number, and specific reason for return. You may acquire this by contacting where you purchased the item. All shipping charges are the customer's expense. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging and intact. Returned product(s) must be shipped within two weeks of issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization number to be eligible for a refund. A refund will be issued after the return has been received and inspected and will not include shipping charges. Proper proof of purchase must be provided and accompany returns.

QRS
We offer a 6 Month Return Policy on the QRS PEMF System. If you wish to return the QRS System because you are not getting results from the device, we request that you must first have a phone call with our QRS rep Daniel Bader so that he can properly diagnose your situation and guide you through using the device correctly for your needs. Should you wish to return the QRS System, we charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays for shipping (typically around $50).

Echo
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy + 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The Echo Go and Echo Go+ can’t be returned once opened, as they’re considered personal care devices.

Body Balance System
For health and safety reasons, our Red Light Therapy devices and products cannot be returned. Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

InBody
Returns, Refunds, and Discounts a. Accessories and/or Products can be returned to InBody within 30 calendar days of purchase if unopened and unused. The following conditions apply to such returned items. Shipping is refundable only for Products returned for defects or maintenance-related reasons. For all other returns, you shall be liable for shipping Up to a 25% restocking fee, calculated from the total package value, if the following conditions apply to the returned item: The returned Product box is open or in poor condition, in InBody’s sole discretion Missing contents of the original package Poor condition of the returned Product(s) b. Subscription Fees: Refunds will not be provided for subscription fees. If a Purchaser was billed or charged improperly, the amount will be deducted from the next billing cycle. Additionally, the amount incorrectly charged can be prorated and can be used to extend the subscription. c. In the event you decide to cancel your subscription and have been charged incorrectly, InBody will refund the difference of the incorrectly charged amount.

Schiller Bikes
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Macy Pan
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Ice Barrel
If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact returns@icebarrel.com. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties. We do not accept any international returns for our products.

In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate® or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement. With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there were no shipping charges on the initial delivery, only the return shipping will be charged. Shipping charges will vary depending on the product(s) being returned. Please reach out to customercare@powerplate.com for details. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all opened products and 5 percent restocking fee on all unopened products.

Drive DevilBiss
Oxygen concentrators are considered by the manufacturer to be non-reusable equipment and so they do not accept returns. If uncertain, please try you hyperbaric chamber, first, before you buy your concentrator, in order to be certain that you are happy enough to keep it. Devilbiss offers a 3 year warranty. If defective before 30 days after purchase the company will return and replace the concentrator at their cost. After thrity days, you will be responsible for the return of your unit for repair and the manufacturer will pay for the shipment back to you.

Newtowne Hyperbarics
New products sold by Newtowne Hyperbarics (NTH) may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund - rentals excluded. To qualify for a full refund the customer MUST contact Newtowne Hyperbarics within 15 days of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Number. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory. Refund may be reduced by fees incurred during sale including credit card fees and shipping costs included with sale.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Cryospring
Don't love your purchase? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, Cryospring will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons, shipping will be at your expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as personalized invoices), special discounts and sale items may not be eligible for our 30-day Return Policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Damages
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos and/or videos to info@carbonwellnessmd.com the day of. Carbon Wellness will assist with a refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturer's warranty.


Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before payment processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs. Please note that not all orders are eligible for cancellation.

Orders cancelled after payment has been received and processed may be subject to a payment processing fee of around 3%, depending on the payment processor.

Please note, Carbon Wellness' Cancellation Policy is dependent upon our individual manufacturers’ cancellation policies and not all orders are eligible for cancellation.

Carbon Wellness charges a 6% cancellation fee for Penguin Chillers products.

Macy Pan orders are not eligible for cancellation.

OXYREVO orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Schiller Bikes orders are not eligible for cancellation.
