Do you charge sales tax?
Only customers residing in the state of Texas will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside Texas will not be charged sales tax.

When will my order ship?
We try our best to get your orders shipped within 24-48 hrs of receiving them, however, there are circumstances in which we are unable to do so. The shipping and delivery times listed on individual product pages and checkout pages are estimations based on past orders. All orders are subject to availability and shipments could be delayed. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Shipping times are only estimates and are never guaranteed by Carbon Wellness.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority) and usually take 5-8 business days to arrive. 

If you are placing an Economy (5-8 Business Days) or Standard (3-4 Business Days) order, please be advised that these orders will likely go out on the same business day if placed before 2:30 PM CST, otherwise they will be shipped on the next business day. As used herein, “business days” excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, but we will need to create a custom quote with international shipping for you.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the original manufacturer's warranty.

Do you accept returns?

What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid any applicable cancellation fees. Cancellations received before we have processed your payment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after we have processed your payment are subject to a payment processing fee, which is deducted from the Refund amount. Orders canceled after items have shipped may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Please note that not all orders are eligible for cancellation.

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will work with the manufacturer in rectifying the situation. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours.
