How QRS PEMF Works

The QRS control unit sends a gentle pulsed magnetic field through the mat or applicator. On the full-body mat, the field spreads from head to toe, with the aim of providing even coverage across the body.

QRS recommends sessions lasting 8 to 16 minutes, one to three times a day. The system offers 10 intensity levels and sessions of up to 60 minutes. Settings remain saved for future sessions, and the mat folds into its carrying bag for easier transport.
