Mid June in Ca, 75 degrees outdoors, no shade my water is at 42 degrees. True story
We’ve had this for about a month now and it’s awesome! The chiller was super easy to put together and it got the water in the Ice Barrel cold fairly quickly. We live in Dallas so this chiller has been working hard and it’s doing a great job. Once we get the barrel insulated we’ll be able to drop the temperature even lower. Right now we have it between 54-60 but we really want to see what this chiller can do.

First chiller I have bought. I hooked it up to a DIY metal cold plunge. I thought the temp would fluctuate more because I have not insulated it at all. The temp stays within 1 degree of target temperature. I have been thrilled with the result and starting the new habit is easier than ever. Beats buying 80lbs of ice on the way home from work everyday. Unit was received in a timely manner and after I plumbed everything it was as simple as turn on and go.
