Hyperbaric chamber rentals are available for customers who want HBOT at home, without purchasing a chamber upfront. Carbon Wellness offers portable chamber rentals, including the Forward90 and Apex32, for as little as $30 per day.
Rental pricing ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 per month, with a 3-month minimum and the 4th month included at no additional cost.
Rent-to-own options are also available, allowing you to apply rental payments toward the purchase price.
Available Hyperbaric Chamber Rentals
Rental models vary by pressure level, size, and chamber position. The main decisions are whether you want a 1.3 or 1.5 ATA chamber, a one-person or two-person chamber, and whether you prefer lying down, sitting/reclining, or a fully upright design for easier entry.
Forward90 1.5 ATA Hyperbaric Chamber Rental
Spacious chamber that allows you to sit upright, recline, or lie flat during sessions.
Apex32 1.5 ATA Hyperbaric Chamber Rental
Full-length chamber designed for lying down, with a more compact and space-efficient footprint.
Summit to Sea Grand Dive Vertical Rental
Spacious vertical chamber designed for comfortable seated sessions with a fully upright design.
Who Should Rent a Hyperbaric Chamber?
Renting is usually best for people who want short-term home access, want to try HBOT before buying, or are not ready to purchase a chamber outright.
It can also make sense if you want to see how a chamber fits your space, routine, and comfort level before committing to ownership.
Rent-to-own helps reduce the risk of buying upfront. If the chamber works well for your needs, you can apply your rental payments toward the purchase price instead of starting over with a separate purchase.
How Hyperbaric Chamber Rentals Work
Renting a hyperbaric chamber is a straightforward process. We coordinate delivery, setup, and training so you can start using the system with confidence.
Step 1: Choose Your Chamber
Select from available rental models based on pressure level, chamber size, body position, and accessibility needs.
Step 2: Submit Your Prescription
A prescription is required for non-practitioners. You can send us a prescription from your doctor, or we can connect you with a doctor who can write one for you. The process is simple and typically takes about 5–10 minutes.
Step 3: Schedule Delivery
Our rental models ship from Colorado. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor the shipment. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 days via FedEx Ground.
Step 4: Setup and Training
Once your chamber arrives, we’ll guide you through assembly, safety protocols, and your first HBOT session on a Zoom call. White glove assembly is also available for an additional $250.
Step 5: Rental Period
Your rental includes a minimum 3-month term, with the 4th month included at no additional cost.
Step 6: Return or Purchase
At the end of your rental, you can return the chamber or apply your rental payments toward the purchase price if you decide to keep it.
Renting vs Buying a Hyperbaric Chamber
| Factor | Renting | Buying |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront Cost | Lower monthly payment | Higher upfront investment |
| Commitment | Short-term (3+ months) | Long-term ownership |
| Flexibility | Try before committing | Permanent setup |
| Best For | Short-term use or trial | Long-term, consistent use |
| Purchase Option | Apply payments toward purchase | Full ownership from the start |
Many customers choose to rent first, then apply their rental payments toward a purchase.
Renting is a flexible way to try home HBOT, but it may not be the lowest-cost option long term. If you plan to use the chamber consistently for many months, buying may make more sense.
