How Our Rental Program Works
  1. Complete Your Purchase
    Use the checkout button above to get started. Your rental subscription is managed through Circuly, our rental platform.
  2. Sign Rental Agreement
    We'll send you a rental agreement covering your rental period, payment schedule, damage responsibility, and return conditions.
  3. Submit Your Prescription
    A valid prescription is required for non-practitioners. Share one from your physician, or we can connect you with a provider who can issue one — typically a 5–10 minute process.
  4. Schedule Delivery
    Chambers typically ship from Colorado via FedEx or UPS Ground. After your order is confirmed, you'll receive tracking details and can expect delivery within 3–6 business days.
  5. Setup & Onboarding
    When your chamber arrives, we walk you through assembly, safety guidelines, and your first session over a Zoom call. White-glove in-person assembly is also available (additional $250, billed separately).
  6. Your Rental Term
    Your rental starts with a 3-month minimum — and the 4th month is included at no extra charge.
  7. Return, Buy, or Keep Renting
    When your term ends, return the chamber or apply your rental payments toward the purchase price and make it yours. You may also continue renting on a month-to-month basis.

How much does the Forward90 rental cost and how long is the minimum rental?

The Forward90 rents for $1,500 per month with a 3-month minimum. The 4th month is included at no charge. After that, the rental continues month-to-month with no ongoing commitment.

Please note: the checkout page may say "4 cycles," but you will only be charged for the first 3 cycles, and the last cycle is free.

Can I continue renting after the initial renting period?

Yes. Forward90 rentals continue month-to-month at the same $1,500 rate with no further commitment, and 90% of every payment continues to count toward the purchase price if you decide to buy.

Do my rental payments count toward buying the chamber?

Yes! 90% of every rental payment is credited toward the purchase price if you decide to buy. Notify us in writing before your scheduled return date, and the credit is applied at the time of purchase.

Who pays for shipping?

We cover inbound shipping to your home or facility. Return shipping and packing are your responsibility at the end of the rental, so keep the original packaging or use comparable materials.

Is there a security deposit?

No security deposit is required. The only condition-related charge is a $400 fee, applied on return if the chamber comes back heavily soiled, with a non-functioning zipper, or smelling of smoke. Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged.

Do I have to set it up myself?

Zoom onboarding is included at no cost and is required before your first session. We walk you through assembly and your first dive so you can operate the chamber confidently. In-person white-glove assembly is available for an additional $250.

What if I need to end my rental early?

Ending before the 3 month minimum requires a fee equal to 50% of the following month's payment. For example, terminating during Month 1 means 50% of Month 2's payment is due before the chamber is scheduled for return. No fee applies once the minimum term is satisfied.

What happens if I experience an issue with the chamber?

Stop using it and contact us within 24 hours by phone or email. We handle troubleshooting and any warranty issue directly. You are responsible for replacement cost only in cases of theft, vandalism, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Can I customize the Forward90?

If you'd like to purchase the chamber after the rental period, we can swap the chamber cover to a different color, or add a red light therapy panel to the chamber.

Is a prescription required to rent the Forward90?

Yes. A valid prescription must be on file before we ship the chamber. If you don't have one, we can connect you with a provider, which is typically a 5 minute telehealth visit.
