Yes. Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers are Class II medical devices, and a valid prescription must be on file before the chamber ships. Each authorized user needs their own prescription. If you don't have one, we can connect you with a provider, which is typically a 5 minute telehealth visit.

The Grand Dive Vertical rents for $1,400 per month with a 3 month minimum. The 4th month is included at no charge. After that, the rental continues month to month with no ongoing commitment.

Yes! 90% of every rental payment is credited toward the purchase price if you decide to buy. Notify us in writing before your scheduled return date, and the credit is applied at the time of purchase.

We cover inbound delivery to your door. Return shipping and packing are your responsibility at the end of the rental, so keep the original packaging or use comparable materials.

No security deposit is required. The only condition-related charge is a $400 fee, applied on return if the chamber comes back heavily soiled, with a non-functioning zipper, or smelling of smoke. Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged.

Zoom onboarding is included at no cost and is required before your first session. We walk you through assembly and your first dive so you can operate the chamber confidently. In-person white-glove assembly is available for an additional $250.

Ending before the 3 month minimum requires a fee equal to 50% of the following month's payment. For example, terminating during Month 1 means 50% of Month 2's payment is due before the chamber is scheduled for return. No fee applies once the minimum term is satisfied.

Stop using it and contact us within 24 hours by phone or email. We handle troubleshooting and any warranty issue directly. You are responsible for replacement cost only in cases of theft, vandalism, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
