  • Our Water Chiller Accessory Package comes with the necessary items to set up any of our standard water chilling units. Each package comes with a pump, tubing adapters and vinyl tubing.

The Danner 9.5 is fine for most chiller setups. If the tubing lines run over 15-20 feet, you may want to consider getting the Danner 18.

3/4" tubing is typical and will work fine with the 1/2HP or 1HP Chillers.

    – We don’t recommend using the pump externally – The face of the pump is delicate; We do not recommend using a fitting on the face side of the pump. There is a high likelihood that if a fitting is tightened to the face side of the pump, it will crack.

    – We don’t recommend this pump to be ran submersed for cold therapy. – Getting in the water with the pump is not recommended as it is not GFCI protected equipment and has a possibility of electrifying the water.

    Filter recommendation:
Penguin Chillers Cold Therapy Replacement Filter (10" x 2.5", 50 Microns, Pleated)

    Filter housing recommendation:
    Geekpure 10-Inch Whole House Clear Filter Housing - 3/4"NPT Brass Port-Fit for 2.5" x 10" Filters

    A Must Have!

This Danner pump along with the hose and fittings were a great (and necessary) addition to my chiller/cold plunge setup. There is just the right amount of flex to the hose. I ended up purchasing additional fittings at the hardware store to connect my filtration, etc., but this kit set me up for success.

Glad to hear the kit has worked out well for you!
