The ProAm uses short-stroke orbital vibration with a 1/16 inch amplitude instead, a high-frequency, low-impact motion designed to work with fascia, the connective tissue network around your muscles.

Pick from four speeds, from 6,000 to 9,000 vibrations per minute. Five treatment surfaces are built in, so you can work different areas without swapping attachments. It is cordless and rechargeable with 90 to 100 minutes of battery per charge, so it goes with you to the gym, on a ride or home after a run.
