Standard household 110V outlets. The compressor and concentrator together draw a few hundred watts, similar to a couple of desktop computers. Run them on separate outlets where you can, and avoid sharing a circuit with a space heater or a window air conditioner.

Plan for roughly 8 by 10 feet of clear, flat floor. The chamber itself takes up 89 by 32 inches, and you want about 3 feet of clearance at the zipper end to get in and out, plus space beside it for the compressor and concentrator. Standard ceiling height is fine since the chamber lies flat.

Two things. First, pressure: most soft chambers cap out at 1.3 or 1.4 ATA, while the Apex32 holds a true 1.5 ATA. Second, build: OxyRevo uses Grade 5 TPU with high-frequency heat-welded seams rather than glue or stitching, which is the main reason soft chambers fail early. You also get seven windows instead of the three or four that are common at this price.

More pressure means more oxygen dissolves into your blood plasma during a session, but that doesn't automatically make a higher setting the right choice for you. Protocols vary: some practitioners recommend lower pressures for longer or more frequent sessions, while others recommend higher pressures for shorter or more targeted use, depending on your goals and how your body responds. The Apex32 supports this range, stepping through 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 ATA, so you can follow whatever protocol you or your practitioner determine works best for you.
