Can more than one person fit inside the Forward90?

It’s a very spacious chamber for one person, although you may be able to fit two people inside if you remove the reclining chair.

Is the Forward90 difficult to assemble?

It's a bit more involved than snapping together a tent, but you're not on your own for it. Every customer gets a free Zoom setup call where our team walks you through assembly step by step, and most people have the chamber fully set up in 1 to 2 hours with that guidance. If you'd rather not deal with it at all, we also offer white glove assembly for an additional $250. Either way, we'll walk you through your first session in the chamber too, so you feel confident using it safely before you're on your own.

Should I buy the Optional Clinic Kit Upgrade?

The Pro Kit is designed primarily for clinics. The Standard Kit that comes with the soft chamber is recommended for home users.

How long will it take to arrive?

Overseas orders usually take around 3 weeks to arrive - 1 week to produce and then another 7-10 days to ship via FedEx Air. We will send you the tracking numbers as soon as we have them. Stateside orders typically arrive in 4-5 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

How long is the warranty?

Soft chambers come with a 2 Year Home Warranty, which can be extended an additional 2 Years for $1000.

Can I add my own logo?
