QRS 101 PEMF Home System - PEMF Wellness Device

We’ve had the machine about two weeks and I have noticed aches and pains dissipate almost immediately. A few of the oldest most chronic ones come back after much use (like my knee pain) but always less and less over time. Bonus find: I used the pen on a spot of ugly varicose like veins on my leg just to see what would happen. I felt like they looked better right after but I didn’t take a before pic so I couldn’t be sure. I’ve done it three times now and I can see that area has improved significantly…more than 50% with much less pain. I use the pen now on all the tiny aches I thought were just aging bones and joints.

Sleep is much better after the relax modes in the evenings. Just a reminder…make sure your machine is on Matt or pen or glasses/headset BEFORE you push start. I’ve disappointed myself by forgetting a couple of times. :)

These are some of the things I’ve noticed in just the first couple of weeks, I can’t wait to see the longer term benefits. For example my belly fat seems to be lessening now, which I’m guessing means my hormones are coming back into balance, which I’m hoping means my endocrine are getting back to what they were when I was younger. Time will tell. I’m just so glad we made this purchase. I was afraid to pay months ahead and wait, but I’m so happy now that I did. This is by far my favorite health device. We recently purchased the QRS 101 PEMF Home System from Carbon Wellness. We have a 16.5 year old large dog, Olive. She'd almost completely lost the ability to get up on her own. A dog rehabilitator recommended a pemf mat along with a few exercises. I started looking into them.and thought they'd be a benefit to all of us, not just our pup, and upon doing research I found this system and thought it looked really cool, especially because of the new programs like the one that uses the fibonacci sequence. It as made a huge difference for our dog...I believe it gave us more time with her, which is everything to me. She has a preferred sequence, haha...and she gets more relaxed on it than I've seen her in a while, but her being able to get up on her own and not fall over is a difference i didnt expect to see so quickly. She even chased a squirrel and played with our other dog again! It's deeply relaxing for us as well and when I use it right before bed, I sleep so much better. Huge fan!

I received my PEMF mat on 2-3. Checked my Fitbit 2/12 and my HRV is up 31%! I believe the increase is from doing the PEMF and EWOT. I am happy with that.

I pretended I was getting this as a nice thing for my energy healing clients to lay on. Nope - it was really for myself. I love particularly RELAX mode to help me get to sleep, and Basis to start my day. Although this is a very mild PEMF mat, I can definitely feel the pulsation of magnetic field. It's profoundly relaxing and since I sometimes do not have time to get outside and ground, I feel it is a great way to take care of my health. Everyone wants to come lay on it as well. I also noticed in the beginning that I sensed the pulsation of the PEMF more strongly in certain areas of my body, particularly my gut, and over time those areas have calmed down. It is said about PEMF that the body reacts more strongly where energy and assistance are needed, so this gives me a sense the mat is doing the work. The dog likes it too!

The QRS PEMF mat has been unbelievable for my pain. I have been in constant pain for years at a level 8-9 daily. After just using the unit for about 2 weeks, my pain is down to a 1-2. The customer service provided by Carbon Wellness’ team and QRS personnel has been fantastic as well.

I have only used the QRS system for a few weeks and am still learning the best settings and intensities for the mat/pillow/pen, but am already feeling some benefits. The biggest benefit so far has been in improved sleep by using the Relax setting in the evening. I have really appreciated all of the instructive videos and documentation provided by Carbon Wellness, as well as their prompt response to my questions. Prior to ordering the system, I borrowed a friend's BEMER system for a few weeks, so I know that improvements in the body can be subtle at first and not immediate. I am definitely starting to feel the difference with daily use. I was introduced to PEMF from a friend who owns a Bemer. I was skeptical at first however after a few sessions I really had some positive results. I made the decision to spend $5,600.00 for a Bemer. When I was making the purchase Bemer told me there would be a 7% tariff charge on top of the 5600!

I did quite a bit of research on PEMF for home use and I settled on QRS. I like the unit which is easy to use and I like the options for specific treatments. I’ve already noticed a difference in aches and pains and stress reduction in general. My long term goal is to improve bone density and I believe in the science of the QRS design to achieve this. I was very impressed that Linus Pauling was one of the founders. I have admired his work for decades. Both the QRS team in Germany and Carbon Wellness have been responsive and accessible. They provide a wealth of easy to understand videos for daily use. For special protocols, there are specialists to advise. Once you understand the basic approach as outlined in the videos, it is easy to adapt to your own needs. I like the travel bag and the extra devices for eyes and ears and spot pain treatments. First I would like to thank QRS Nick for helping me with all my questions and information he gave me. The PEMF mat works great. I have had left shoulder pain since 2008 when I fell off the roof. I had a dislocated left shoulder. I have had problems sleeping on my left side. Recently I have started having shoulder pain in both shoulders and could not go to sleep. I used the QRS PEMF 101 HOME MAT for 8 minutes on BASIS MEDIUM that night. After I got up both of my shoulder pain was gone. I slept very good that night without the pain. The next morning the shoulder pain was still gone. I did some shoveling in my backyard . That night I was ok. But in the morning I had a little pain. I did the PEMF mat for 24 minutes on BASIS medium. The pain was gone again. I am glad I bought this brand. The QRS 101 HOME mat system is unbelievable on reducing pain. I tried the QRS pen and that seems to reduce the pain in my right elbow. I still have a little bit of pain but not as much. I started using the QRS 101 PEMF mat system since June 19, 2025. It is a little pricey at $4280. But it is well worth it. Because I can feel the difference in less pain in my body. I also like the morning VITAL 24 minutes at medium. It gives me energy and gets me started for the day. I am glad i bought the QRS 101 PEMF HOME SYSTEM. I would do it again because i get pain relief from this type of treatment with this QRS brand. .

This product has been Very beneficial in the healing and recovery of my left shoulder from a total reverse replacement. Highly recommend this product!

I've had my mat now for about 3-4 weeks and I'm addicted to it. I try to lay on it every night before bed with the relax setting. And in the morning, if I need a boost, I'll lay on it for 8 minutes in the vital setting.

After months of research into PEMF tech, I purchased a QRS 101 roughly one year ago. I am convinced based on research and experience that the QRS tech is the best on the market in the field of PEMF systems.

My chronic health issues are too numerous to articulate, but I initially researched and bought the QRS for an extreme hypersensitivity to EMF from things like cell phones, computers, wifi, bluetooth, etc. I also had developed severe musculoskeletal issues, including muscles, ligaments and tendons that would injure and tear very easily and regularly.

I will say for people with severe or chronic issues, Consistency of use is very important with the QRS. I noticed improvements almost right away, but after almost a year of using it every day 2-3 times per day, results continued to unfold over the months with consistent daily treatments.

I was incapable of running last year, and can now lightly jog without injury. I've done a lot of inner spiritual and psychological healing work over the years, but the QRS had a healing effect on my nervous system that has brought a much more stable and grounded sense of calm that stays with me. My sleep became deeper and more consistent then I can remember after first few weeks of use. Prior to buying this system I used to injure and tear muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments quite regularly. Each time would require a painful and lengthy recovery. After a few months of use a chronic injury pain in my scapula went away and I've been able to do heavy lifting back exercises again. I can do several weight lifting exercises without pain/injury that I had to avoid for years.

I am still sensitive to EMF frequencies, but they definitely don't hit me as hard as before, and I recover MUCH quicker from exposure (like hours instead of days). I feel how much the QRS treatments clear those unhealthy biologically disharmonious frequencies from my body and field.

I believe the price of a home unit will continue to pay major dividends for health, wellness, and functionality in any human or animal. In our modern toxic world, this tech should be in every home, clinic, and hospital, around the world.
